“Went there for lunch just before hopping to the Chateau de Cormatin for a visit. I had cod in white butter sauce; from first bite I knew that the fish was of fresh produce. The beef cheek in red wine sauce (sauce bourguignon ) was deliciously tender. Good selection of desserts; needless to say, what a delight!”
“We've stayed here for one night on our way to the south of France. We had a warm welcome and we could choose between two rooms. The standard we choose was a bit small, but the hotel has bigger rooms. As it was for one night it was OK. If you stay longer, choose the larger rooms. At the hotel is also a restaurant for dinner. We had the entrecote and it was delicious. The village of Cormatin is quite nice and it's in the middle of beautiful vineyards. Thank you for a lovely stay.”
